With so many inferior Asian instruments being sold today, we do not service or sell certain brands. These instruments do not stay in playing condition for long and many times are not worth the cost to repair. Replacement parts are usually unavailable and are non-standard. Retailers who sell these instruments usually try to mislead consumers by saying that these instruments are 'band approved' 'teacher approved' or 'instructor approved'. Please be aware of this before you purchase an instrument that is priced at a fraction of the established brands.
The serial number is 610386. I'm trying to sell this thing.
I don't play the trumpet, it came into my possession years ago and I'm basically looking to get some spare change for a friend's birthday this weekend. I'm taking it to a music store later today to sell it used to them, now I know that I won't get the best price there but I doubt I can find another buyer sooner. I'm hoping to get at least 40 bucks?
I know that's low, but this music store usually looks at the lowest price the instrument is going for on ebay and then gives you half of that. I'm not expecting much and honestly, 40 bucks is fine. Is 40 too high or too low? What do you guys think? I know nothing about trumpets, and yes I realize I'm probably going to get ripped off but honestly I just need quick cash for this weekend.

It's not like this thing is going to be worth 700 bucks or anything like that. It's in job shape. It could used a cleaning but the valves work. I can make it sing and make noises so it plays fine.
